Victoria Day Long Weekend
The Cascade Swim Club will be off from regular training Friday, Saturday & Monday for the Victoria Day Long Weekend. The club office will be closed from Friday, May 16th through the weekend. We will re-open Tuesday morning the 20th of May.

The Cascade Swim Club has been one of Calgary’s premier youth sport organizations for 30 years. The focus of our program is competitive swimming excellence, but our athletes learn about much more than just swimming.

Our program teaches an athletic lifestyle, self-discipline, goal setting, teamwork and time management, all in an environment where each individual is encouraged to achieve their personal best. Cascade is perennially one of the top teams in Canada.  Our alumni include:
