Victoria Day Long Weekend

Due to the Victoria Day Long Weekend The Cascade program will not be running this Friday, Saturday or Monday for all training groups (Swim School, Junior Olympic Way, Olympic Way, Development, & Performance) with the exception of the Senior training group and those from Performance attending the Mel Zajac meet next weekend (22-25 May).

For those Senior swimmers and those attending Mel Zajac they will be training this Friday from 1:30-3:30PM, Saturday from 6:30-8:30AM and then Monday afternoon from 2:00-4:00PM (SR P1's will have this day off).

There is no Tuesday AM training session for anyone and things are back to normal for everyone on Tuesday afternoon.

The Cascade Office will be closed Friday and re-open with regular hours next Tuesday the 20th of May.
