The first event of the night produced no gold medalists for Cascade but Russell Wood did manage a silver in 2:08.49 with teammate Thomas Jobin right behind him in 2:08.89.

50 FREE

Brooklynn Snodgrass - she missed the final last night in the 100 free (but went the fastest out of anyone in the field swimming from the "B" final) but left nothing to chance tonight in the 50 swimming 26.47 and winning gold.

Thomas Jobin picked up a silver on the boys side in 24.89.

200 BACK

In the girls race Cascade picked up the bronze with Kevyn Peterson's 2:13.51 while Brooklynn Snodgrass  grabbed her second gold of the night in 2:09.63.

The boys were back at it again with their 1-2 finish led by Adam Maybury in 2:01.63 - the fastest time ever in the Medicine Hat Pool - while Russell Wood grabbed silver in 2:05.57.

50 FLY

Kevin Nelson won the fly dash tonight in 26.17 while teammate Terence Tat picked up his first medal of the weekend with a bronze in 27.08.

400 FREE

Emma Sproule won this event by putting together a solidly paced swim splitting 2:05.9/2:08.6 for a 4:14.58. Emma was followed by her teammate Kevyn Peterson in second in 4:17.75.

The boys also had some strong swims with Sean Penhale finishing in second in 3:54.05 and Kevin Nelson (2:00.2/2:00.1) in 4:00.36.

4x100 FREE RELAY

Yesterday the girls grabbed the bronze in the 4x200 and today they took gold against a strong field in 3:50.91:
