AB AG CHAMPIONSHIPS - DAY 2 RESULTS
By: JP - Mar. 08, 2010 Results from Day 2 Alberta Age Group Provincial Championships   Plenty of exciting swimming on Day 2 at the Provincial Championships in Edmonton. Cascade swimmers picked up 9 GOLD medals, 6 SILVER medals and 5 BRONZE for a total of 14 GOLD, 11 SILVER and 9 BRONZE. In the 50m freestyle Nikolas Hallet who had just qualified for this meet the weekend before at AB AG trials (qualifying for that meet earlier this year for the 1st time ever as well) swam a personal best and picked up the SILVER medal. His teammate and training partner, Jacob Jubenvill, also a first time qualifier at "A" provincials came in just behind for the BRONZE.
