Swim AB Summer Festival 2025 - Lethbridge
Date: June 13-15 (Friday, Saturday & Sunday)
Travel: TIMES TBA (Meet Package not published) This is a BUS team travel event (bus team travel only*). Bus departs Friday morning and returns Sunday evening. The bus will load at 7:15AM for a 7:30AM departure going directly to the pool (please pack snacks and a lunch!).
Accomodations: Swimmers/Families are staying on their own (this is not a chaperoned event supervising swimmers in the hotel) but swimmers must travel on the bus to the meet, back and forth from the pool and travel home on the bus.
Swimmers and families will still stay on their own - either at blocked hotel or other accommodations. The team has a hotels blocked (see hotel block info below and note cutoff dates). Please note it is a busy weekend in Lethbridge with other events, if you haven't booked a room already please book as soon as you can. Families may choose to stay at another property of their choice but swimmers must be dropped off at the selected hotel (see below) prior to each bus departure and picked up after each bus arrival.
*Swimmers will travel via team bus up to the event, travel back and forth from the drop off hotel to the pool each session and return to Calgary via team bus. Swimmers will be required to be at the pool for departure and will be required to stay the entire session being dropped off back at team hotel.

Host Club: Swim Alberta and LA Swim Club
Swimmers Attending: Festival Time Standard Qualifiers (must achieve at least one Festival Time Standard to attend meet) (12&U Females / 12&U Males) Please email your coach directly if you are unsure if your swimmer is qualified.
Meet Entry Fees: TBA (Meet Package not published)
Management Fee: TBA - Approximately $225 per swimmer (management fee applies to all swimmers attending).
Equipment: Bring all your Cascade Team Equipment to wear
**Please be on deck 15 minutes prior to the start of warm-up
Confirmation Deadline: Friday, May 16th 4:00 PM
Coaches will notify Swim Alberta of late qualifiers after entry deadline.
By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Individual rooms must be canceled no later than 11:59pm 7 days prior to arrival. -
- If guests wish to shorten their stay from what originally booked they must give 7 days notice to shorten or be charged for the full amount of booking.
