Dear Swimmers & Parents,
The swim season is underway, and our 2026 Summit Awards Banquet is right around the corner!
When: Sunday, November 1, 2026 | 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Where: Calgary Italian Cultural Centre, 416 1 Ave NE, Calgary
Schedule:
4:00 PM – Cocktails
5:00 PM – Dinner & Awards
8:00 PM – Finish
Special Guest Speaker – Olympian Rebecca Smith
We are excited to welcome Olympian Rebecca Smith as our special guest speaker!
The Summit Awards Banquet celebrates the achievements of our swimmers from the 2025–2026 season and is a great opportunity for swimmers to spend time with their teammates and coaches outside of the pool.
Event Cost: $46 per person
A buffet-style dinner will be provided.
Registration Instructions
When registering, please include the TOTAL NUMBER of people attending, including your swimmer, in the NOTES section of the Event Sign Up (e.g., 4 PEOPLE).
Please also include any dietary restrictions. Names of attendees are not required—only the total number attending.
The event fee will be charged to your membership account.
Deadline to Register: Friday, October 23, 2026 – 8:00 PM
Coaches will notify swimmers who are receiving a coach-selected award.
The list of record breakers, Curtis Myden Award recipients, and High Point Award winners will also be shared with members shortly. Once distributed, please contact the Cascade Office if you notice any inaccuracies on the first-time recipients list.
