Fall Fundamentals 2026 - Halloween Howler

Please note that this is a Cascade-hosted meet, and families will have the opportunity to volunteer and earn Fall Points toward their volunteer commitment.

New members: The meet sign-up process and Cascade’s Parent Points Program will be reviewed at your upcoming Parent Meeting. This will also be a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about meet participation or volunteer requirements.

Host Club: Cascade Swim Club

Meet Times:

Warm Up: 11:00 AM

Start: 11:40 AM 

Estimated Finish - 3:00 PM

Meet Entry Fees: $40 per swimmer, plus $4.00 for each 200m event entered (if swam)

Meet entry fees will be charged separately to your Family Account.

Equipment: Bring all your Cascade Team Equipment to wear 

*Please be on deck at least 15 minutes prior to warm up 

Commitment Deadline: October 5, 2026 - 8:00 PM
