Please note this is a Provincial Qualifier Meet (Qualifying standards below). Please only declare your swimmer if your swimmer has qualified. If you are unsure, please contact your coach directly before declaring.

Swimmers Attending: Festival Time Standard Qualifiers (must achieve at least one Festival Time Standard to attend meet) (12&U Females / 12&U Males) Please email your coach directly if you are unsure if your swimmer is qualified.
Travel Dates*:
June 11–15, 2026 (Thursday - Monday)
Given the location of the event, the anticipated number of swimmers traveling, and their ages, the club has secured an optional group flight block for travel to Grand Prairie. These flights are available as a travel option for the meet; however, travel by these flights are not mandatory.
If you would like to book a seat on a group flight, please indicate the number of tickets required in the notes section of your declaration. The office will review all requests and then send a Google Form to collect the necessary details to finalize your reservation.
Group flight availability is first come, first served and will close once the allocated block is filled.

Coaches will notify Swim Alberta of late qualifiers after entry deadline.
By confirming your attendance you are also agreeing to a possible 20% cost overrun to cover unforeseen expenses.
